Dylan’s Flare characteristics: Collaboration and development.

Dylan combines his scientific knowledge with his business acumen in streamlining operational processes, enhancing quality and performance, and facilitating efficiency and productivity in the laboratory and office environments.

He excels at supervising research operation support teams in managing vendor relationships and business partnerships, planning budgets, executing contracts, and maintaining laboratory readiness and safety standards. Dylan has also collaborated with teams across all R&D and G&A functions in planning, delivering, and monitoring cross-functional initiatives to facilitate work of discovery research organizations.

If he’s not at work, Dylan is either in the outdoors with his black lab, playing golf, or skiing. When he can combine any of the three, he does, as long as it’s outside.
