Nichole’s Flare Characteristics: Collaboration and building efficient processes

Nichole is a passionate Quality leader who has spent the past 20 years in the biologics and small molecule spaces working with early phase clinical and commercial oncology and rare disease products.

Nichole has demonstrated proficiency in regulatory compliance including cGMP, GLP, process, equipment, and method validation. She has a proven track record of developing and implementing phase-appropriate quality systems across the GxP regulations, including eQMS. Additionally, Nichole is experienced with preparing vendors and organizations for pre-approval inspections.

Outside of Flare, Nichole enjoys skiing, biking and exploring east coast beaches with her husband and son. She is a diehard Boston sports fan, rooting for Bruins and Red Sox specifically.
