She is deeply committed to cultivating a fun, high-performing and positive culture, where strong collaboration, leadership development and operational efficiency are at its core. Tracy contributed to leading organizations with a background that spans a diverse range of roles where she successfully led HR for large sites, played a pivotal role in scaling biotechs and led M&A workstreams to ensure the seamless transition of talent in major pharma acquisitions.

Tracy has two children, a daughter Skylar and a son Ari. Outside of work, Tracy is a huge music fan and enjoys concerts, attending her kids’ sporting events, hiking, boating or swimming at the beach.
